I received my 23" Presto canner after it was on back order for months. Customer service was excellent at taking my calls and letting me know when the product would be in. After the canner became available again, I received on quickly.

This is my first pressure canner and glad we didn't get a smaller one.  This heats up very fast on a glass top stove and is very easy to maintain 11 psi.  Only negative if there is one is that it only comes with a 15 lb pressure weight so I used it but kept the dial gauge right at 11-12 psi.   Lower elevation may want to purchase the 10lb pressure weight as well.   Fast shipping from Paris Farmers Union and half the price of other sellers.
